Stewardship

We relentlessly advocate for meaningful economic and political transformation in order to protect the planet and restore the well being of our collective home.

We strive to promote excellence in sustainability and boldness in climate action by giving out the Climate Courage Awards (see below) annually to those in our civil society who buck the pressures to do otherwise and demonstrate extraordinary responsibility in helping address global climate change.

Leadership

CCLI espouses the tenet of leading by example and we strive to set a good example by our organization’s own activities. We are also on-going in the process of developing our brand of integrity oriented environmental stewardship.

Direction

We provide personal & collective ways for people to be the change we wish to seek in the world:

Recognition

We give out Climate Courage Awards and provide recipients with as much financial and media recognition as possible (see below for the history of recipients)

“To be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances
the freedom of others.”

– Nelson Mandela
